    Dearest Father,
May God Bless You ! I am so sorry, I ‘m sure God has his reasons for letting this happen to you, He probably wanted someone to be in that prision to teach the ones that don’t know him all about him and how great he is. It is funny how God works, but you will be so rewarded when that time comes! Peace be with you Father!

    Joanne

Count me in the Holy Hour. I will play Gregorian chant before Mass starts. I’ve been to Mass once in the last 2 years. I’m hungry and now know for sure that I am in a community of people and we will all be united in the Mass that Father Gordon offers. What an honor. Thank you Father for inviting us. Thank you Father God for making this possible.

God bless you Father, Ponch, Charlene and all the helpers. I also include all who read Father G’s posts. My pain tonight will be for all those that make this possible.

    I love all of you.
    Sheila

  16. Mick says:

I just met a falsely accused priest at a Retrouvaille retreat and heard his painful story. I was unaware and completely moved by what I heard. Looking for answers I found your website. Please forgive us lay persons for not having the courage to stand with you and to fight this injustice. I will be with you on Sundays and you will remain in my prayers.

  17. Karen Linsmayer says:

    Dear Father G,

My heart aches for you and I pray for you every day, especially prayers to the Blessed Mother. We must all pray that your accusers will see the error of their ways and set you free. You are strong and much loved by Jesus Christ and His Mother.

Take care of yourself, and God be with you.

FR. GORDON JUST GOT BACK FROM OUR LADY OF PEACE CHURCH HERE IN SANTA CLARA, CALIFORNIA.
FR. STOUT S.J. AN 70 PLUS YEAR OLD PRIEST SAID THE MASS AND I JUST LOVE HIM. I RECEIVED COMMUNION FROM HIM
TODAY. LOOKING UP IS A STATUE OF OUR LADY OF FATIMA, I MENTIONED TO HER YOUR NAME AND HAVE MERCY. SOME HOW I FELT
SO CLOSE TO GOD FOR JUST A MINUTE UNTIL FR. STOUT PLACED THE HOST ON MY TONGUE. I WILL PRAY AND GO
TO CONFESSION AND RECEIVE THE EUCHARIST IN YOUR NAME ALWAYS.. GOD BLESS YOU FOR ALL YOUR
SUFFERING..KNOW YOUR ARE NOT FORGOTTEN AND NEVER WILL BE…

  19. Joan Ripley says:

Dear Father Gordon, A friend sent me your website about a week ago and your story has really shocked and appalled me. I so wish there was something I could do to free you or at least to lessen your sufferings. Thank you for your beautiful writings, they are very informative. I love the idea of setting a clock to the Eastern Time Zone, in order to better unite ourselves with you. I’m looking forward to uniting myself with you in spirit tomorrow night and every Sunday night from out here in the Pacific Time Zone in Victoria, BC. We prayed for you at Morning Prayer at St. Andrew’s Cathedral last week and will continue to remember you and all who are in the same situation. Be not afraid! With prayers and all good wishes, Joan.

  20. Sean says:

Your story fills my heart with sorrow — but your writing can do great good. I will remember you in prayer.

  21. Bob says:

Your story has just now come to my attention and I have been moved profoundly. I will pray for you when I pray for all priests and I will attempt to keep a holy hour with you every Sunday evening while you say Mass. God bless you, father.

  22. Joe says:

On this feast day of The Immaculate Conception, may our Blessed Mother watch over you Fr. Gordon.

Hail Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope.
To thee do we cry poor banished children of Eve,
to thee do we send up our sighs mourning and weeping in this valley of tears.
Turn then Most Gracious Advocate, thy eyes of mercy towards us
and after this, our exile, show unto us the Blessed Fruit of thy Womb, Jesus.
O Clement, O Loving, O Sweet Virgin Mary
Pray for us O Holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee,
O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee,
O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.
    Amen.

  23. Joe says:

    God bless you Fr. Gordon
    Psalm 91:11

  24. celine says:

    hello every one
there was a priest accused of killing a widow and he was supposed to be hanged by a hindu judge. By God’s providence that did not happen and just one month before his death, the killer’s wife and children confessed their father’s crime. This holy priest forgave every body and the most painful part is the killer had confessed to him. This particular priest is a saint and thousands flock to his burial site for favors. There is another “infamous” case against 2 priests and a nun accusing of killing a nun. No proof, no witnesses. Still they were tortured in the prisons because they are religious.
take courage father, your sufferings will not be wasted

  25. Paula says:

    Father Gorden,
I pray for priests daily. I will now include you in my prayers and in my Mass prayers. Also, I intend to be united in prayer at least once a month at your weekly Sunday Mass. This will a time that I will most especially pray for falsely accused priests.

  26. Barb Mathis says:

Father Gordon, I will pray for you and try to join you on Sunday nights.

  28. Phyll says:

Father, I will join you in Holy Hour. I will add you to my prayer list. Please pray for me..

  29. Edward.Fullerton says:

Fr Gordon, I will of course remember your new bishop too and your diocese. Needless to say all you have endured in incarceration. I can remember forty years ago a priest asking the congregation to pray for priests and,so I have. Not to mention the rosary, In Hoc Signo Vinces..

  30. Lynne says:

I just spent the holy hour with you Father Gordon. Kia kaha (be strong).

  31. Sarah says:

Thank you for the opportunity to join in these Holy Hours and for remembering us during the masses you say in prison.
I’ve been joining you in prayer each Sunday night, and I’ve kept a mantle clock (Pornchai’s) set to Eastern Time Zone
so every time I look at it I recall the people you mention who are with you in prison, and ask for many graces for each of you.

A quote from St. Catherine of Sienna:
“If you are what you should be, you will set the whole world ablaze.”

I pray ardently for justice for you. But in the meantime please continue setting the world ablaze from your tiny cell, Father G.

  32. Mike says:

    Fr. McRae,
Know that I keep you in all my prayers.
I believe you are innocent, just as is a close friend of mine at Century C.I. here in Florida.
I will try to begin to join you in your Masses from now on.
    God’s peace,
    Mike

  33. It is just 12:20p … end of Holy Hour and I am finding these hours more and more meaningful. In particular, tonight, the video of the Franciscan Latin Mass was nigh overwhelming. Thank you for it. Fr. Gordon MacRae, I pray that God will bless you, richly, in this coming week.

  34. Edward.Fullerton says:

Oh Fr Gordon, My country has much to be grateful to yours for, such as how loving your Servicemen/women where to the brit kids during ww2, so, Jesus, Mary, & Joseph too you.

I am praying for all Priests and Bishops. Thank you Fr. Gordon for creating the articles ., they bring understanding to my heavy, saddened heart. I know all things work together for the good for those who love God, and called to his purpose. We are truly in troubled times in these last days, even so Lord, come quickly.

    God Bless you Fr.

    Kim

  37. Carol L. Fogal says:

    Father,

What has happened to Father Corapi has led me to your site. My heart is heavy and saddened with the information you have provided that I was not aware of. God bless you and keep you. I will pray for you and try to join you on Sunday nights. What is happening is so awful. Thank you for the prayers, etc on this page.

  38. Sr. Mary Dismas says:

    Father,
It must be so very hard for you, but you are so very blessed to be able to feel the rejection that Jesus felt during His passion and death. To Quote Archbishop Sheen,” What do the scars of Christ teach us? They teach us that life is a struggle: that our condition of a final resurrection is exactly the same as His: that unless there is a cross in our lives, there will never be an empty tomb; unless there is a Good Friday, there will never be an Easter Sunday; unless there is a crown of thorns, there will never be the halo of light; and unless we suffer with Him, we shall not rise with Him.
So very few of us have the opportunity to bear this cross. I offer my daily Mass for priests and you will be forever mentioned in these Masses. I will pray that our Dear Lord will give you the strength to bear your cross until such time you are released from it or that Our Dear Lord will take you to His heart.

    May you be eternally blessed.
    To Jesus through Mary

  39. Bill Shaughnessy says:

I consider myself fairly knoeledge about the Church and its teachings and I’d love to get a Blog going so I too can comment on all the misrepresentations made about Catholic Church. Thanks Father and I’ll begin praying for you daily. Thanks

  40. Sandra says:

Having walked the road with a priest friend that was falsely accused, my heart goes out to you. Fr. you are in my prayers.

  41. Jenny says:

    Dear Father,
I am praying for you, so you will be free.

  42. Mary Ann Chase says:

I’m just dumbfounded by all of this….it certainly proves that our country has no sense of real justice; saying ‘you’re not guilt means you are!?!!’ Of all the stupid things I’ve heard, this is the worst. What better way to discourage young men from becoming priests. The devil is cunning. I will try to be with you spiritually when you say your Mass and remember you and all the victim priests in my masses and holy hours. You are truly a victim soul who is taking on the sins of others in imitation of Christ. Keep on writing your articles. The truth must be told. We’re listening, Fr. and God bless you for your courage. I pray too for courage for Fr. Corapi . I’ve met him during a conference here…a good man, a good priest, a strong yet humble one who admits to his past failings before finding Christ. I love his talks but for sure the devil doesn’t . He wants the man back that Fr. Corapi used to be. Well, he won’t get him. I know that Fr. will stand up with his strong voice proclaiming his innocence, proclaiming Our Lord( who was innocent too)…if he’s allowed to do so. My special vocation as a secular Carmelite is Pro-Life so I know about innocence being destroyed.
May our Holy Mother give you special blessings on the the feast of the Annunciation. M.A.

  43. Domingo says:

To live like Christ is a grace beyond our worth and understanding. Blessed is he who is awake at the moment of his visitation!
    Praised be Jesus forever!

  44. I have just read your article on Spirit Daily. Your words are just what I needed today. My resentments are keeping me from prayer today. My mind just is flying with injustice(my perception) I get as tired of myself as I do with the other person who criticizes me or corrects me. You are practicing your priesthood just where you are. I have been praying for Fr. John Corapi. Now you also will be included. May the Merciful Jesus see and lessen your anguish. Thank you for being yourself and sharing your pain. It has helped me soooo very much.

  45. mark says:

I found your site while navigating the Fr. Corapi story. I was stunned to see his rosary link on your page … I will pray for you both.

  46. linda ireland says:

I join you, Father, in this Holy Hour, and I join you in prayer that the truth will set you free. Your words are inspiring to me and I feel such sadness that you are still in prison. I’m from Philadelphia, and one of the priests just now removed from office is someone I went to grade school with — the best kid in the class!! You and all our priests are in my prayers.

  47. Will join you in Prayer and Adoration….if, please God, the Holy Spirit reminds me. Just discovered you re: article on Catholic Exchange. Thank you for your life…..

  48. Mary Patricia says:

  49. catherine says:

I pray for you daily Fr Gordon, you are are so kind, in your suffering you pray for us. I think of you especially on Sunday and rejoice you can celebrate Mass

  50. Helen says:

Oh..Father!!! Our spiritual growth seems always to come in pain… and reading about You..reading Your words.. You create pain in us by way of empathy and a sense of injustice done You…but…..BUT… may I say, with THIS pain, comes the touch and glory of Our Jesus. Oh..Praise Him for YOU..and in His mercy, in His will, may He release You from Your prison.

May He continue to be glorified to, thru and in You. Dear Father, rest in the comfort of His Love……

    Bless You,
    Helen

  51. Connie says:

I will be joining Fr. Gordon this Sunday evening. My prayers and those of my family are with you Father.

  52. I will pray and sacrifice for Fr. Gordon. I handcraft icon reproductions….really small ones. Do you suppose he would like to have one I made…one of the Bless Virgin Mary or of Jesus or of an archangel……or would someone take it away…? Just wanted to know. More importantly, I will pray for him……this is such an incredible event…15 years, wrongly accused….Pray I must.
    In Christ, Patricia

  53. My prayers are offered with yours on Sunday night.

  54. Yes, I will pray with Father Sunday nights 11:20 PM – 12 midnight…..
    God love you, Father

  55. DMNPM says:

    Dear Fr,
My vocation is to pray for Priests, Deacons, and Bishops, Cardinals, and for the Holy Father.

In my prayer time I also felt called to pray for even those who were fallen in the Priesthood. I came across your page by Chance?……or was it Gods confirmation to me? None the less I will pray and ask our Lord for strength for you to continue on. I am not the one to judge you.. I can only pray, hope and love from here…by love I mean like a sister or Mother or even Grandmother. I will pray for Gods will for you.
May the Heart of Christ be your strength and your consolation, carmlrose

  56. LaVern says:

Count me in on joining you in your time of prayer. You and all priests in prison are remembered daily in our dinner prayer. We had prayed daily for the safe return of two young men from Iraq, and were pleased when they got home safe and sound! Our prayers for reunion within my family as yet hasn’t been answered, so we continue to plea for you and family reunion. Much love to you, Father Gordon. Your friend, LaVern

  57. Regina says:

  58. Esther says:

What a great idea! Mahalo nui loa for doing this.

    God bless,

  59. Ros says:

Wonderful idea. I am in the UK, so not sure of time, I think you are five hours behind so I may not be awake, bit will try and offer a holy hour once a week as I have felt led to do this at home. I pray for you often Father.

  60. Mary Floeck says:

Thanks so much for this Father. I tuned in to EWTN’s Advent Reflections, and heard a wonderful talk by an Irish Dominican today. He reminded me to put love back into my Advent planning for Christmas. So amongst all the preparations for Christmas with our family, I will try to reflect on why I do the things I do at this time of year.

It is out of love, I hope, and not out of doing what I think others expect me to do. And the reminder to spend time with Our Lord and just tell Him I love Him seems so redundant, and yet, how often do I do this especially at this time of year. Thanks again Father. I would have missed this if you had not offered this special Holy Hour to us. You are in my prayers daily. I wish you a holy and prayerful Advent as you prepare your heart for the coming of the little Christ Child this Christmas. God bless you.

  61. Patricia says:

    I will be there !!!
I pray with you and for you daily.

    Patricia
    Intercessor of the Lamb
    Mary, Morning Star group

  62. Deacon John says:

Each day I pray for all priests who are in prison which includes Fr. Gordon.

  63. Mary says:

Thank you for this wonderful page. God bless you and the wonderful support your creativity and spirituality is providing to Father Gordon and this virtual “parish”.

In our darkening world your selfless use of your talents is inspiring and gives us all hope .

  64. My brother Fr. Gordon is prayed for during every Holy Mass and be assured of my union during the Holy Hour. Let us all pray for healing within the Church, the Priesthood, in the hearts of all who are hurting.

  65. Karin says:

What a beautiful idea. I read both of those stories when they were first posted. I do a weekly holy hour at Midnight Sunday (Sat into Sun.) I will unite my time in prayer to Fr. Gordon’s Mass each week. Thank you for the prayers and videos on this page.

Continued prayers for you, Father. Wishing you a blessed Advent.
